摘要
在汽车柔性生产线立体仓库的项目研究开发过程中,为了解决主站PLC与子站SIMOTION C240的异构通信问题,设计了一个以PLC侧选用OPEN IE通信方式和SIMOTION侧选用LCom库通信方式的通信平台,实现了数据在主站与子站之间稳定、可靠地实时传输。现场应用结果表明,所构建的立体仓库通信网络能够满足大量数据实时传输的要求,并且具有良好的开放性和兼容性。
In the research and development process of the solid warehouse of the automotive flexible production line, we designed a communication platform combined the OPEN IE communication mode for PLC side and the LCom Library communication mode for SIMOTION side,in order to solve the master PLC and the sub-station SIMOTION C240 hetero- geneous communication problems. The data were transmitted in real time between the master station and sub-station stab- ly and reliably. Field application results show that the constructed warehouse communications network can meet require- ments of the real-time transmission of large amounts of data, and has good openness and compatibility.
