摘要
针对自动挡车型的换挡方式,对于机械式与电子式换挡方法的优缺点进行了对比分析。提出了电子换挡控制的系统设计方案,同时研究了通过霍尔传感器识别挡位信号的方法,并设计了相应的接口电路。基于系统设计方案,针对MCU、DCDC稳压电路、CAN总线收发器、LED驱动、电磁铁驱动等硬件电路进行设计,并提出了控制模块的软件设计方案。
The advantages and disadvantages between the mechanical and electronic gear shifting methods are compared and analyzed based on the automatic-transmission ear model. A system design scheme for controlling the electronic gear shifting is proposed. The method of identifying the gear signal through the hall sensor is studied and the corresponding interface circuit is developed. Based on the system scheme, the schematic hardware diagram of MCU, DC-DC regulator, CAN bus transceiver, LED driver and solenoid driver are designed. Besides, the software design of control module is proposed.
