摘要
为提高电机性能参数检测的准确性、改善电机控制的精确性,对电压/电流传感器、测量信号调理电路、转速/扭矩控制电路、电源电路和数据采集卡等模块进行合理地规划与设计,并将其集成在一个机箱内,成功制作"直流电机参数测量控制仪"。通过USB接口与PC机进行通信,实现了电机性能参数的综合测试。实验结果表明所研制的测量控制仪具有良好的稳定性和推广应用价值。
In order to improve the detection accuracy of motor perfi)rmance parameter and enhance the control precision of motor, this paper reasonably plans and designs voltage / current sensors, signal conditioning circuits, speed / torque control circuits, power supply circuit, data acquisition card module and etc. They are integrated within a chassis. Thus, a DC motor parameter measurement and control instrument is sueeessfully made. It can communicate with PC through the USB interface to realize the comprehensive test of motor performance parameters. The experimental results indicate that the instrument has excellent stability and application value.
