摘要 以电阻炉为研究对象,开发了基于棚9C52单片机的温度控制系统。阐述了系统工作原理,并进行了硬件电路设计和软件开发。通过将增量式PID控制算法和PWM脉宽调制技术结合,从而实现系统的全自动智能恒温控制。最后利用Proteus软件进行仿真,结果表明该系统具有静态精度高、超调量小、可靠性高的特点,具有一定的应用价值。 The temperature control system based on AT89C52 single-chip microcomputer is developed with the resistance furnace as the study object. The working principle of the system is expounded, and the hardware circuit design and software development are also carried out. By combining the incremental PID control algorithm with the PWM pulse width modulation technology, the automatic intelligent constant temperature control of the system is realized. Finally, the system simulation has been carried out using the Proteus software. The results show that the control system has the characteristics of static accuracy, smaU over-shoot, reliability ,which has some application value.
