摘要 为了实时监测工业生产过程中疏水器和泄压阀的开关状态和泄漏,提出了一种基于WirelessHART协议的声波变送器设计方案,通过声波传感器检测阀门的开闭和泄漏情况,由WirelessHART网络将声波信号送到主机系统。结果显示,变送器可以较好地反应阀门开度趋势,声波信号的曲线与阀门开度呈现明显的正相关性。通过测试验证,无线声波监测系统可以较好地监测阀门泄漏情况,从而判断介质的排放情况。 A design of acoustic transmitter based on WirelessHART is proposed to monitor steam and gas valve. The acoustic sensor detects the status of the valve and then the sound signal is sent to the main system by WirelessHART network. It turns out that the wave of the sound signal is well relevant to the valve opening. Test results show that the monitoting system can well reflect the leakage of the valve and determine the level of gas leakage.
