摘要
将丙纶非织造布(简称丙纶布)浸渍于阴离子型表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠)、非离子型表面活性剂(曲拉通、吐温-80)中进行处理,检测处理前后丙纶布的沾污率和去污率。试验结果发现:非离子型表面活性剂处理的丙纶布的抗沾污性能更好。用吐温-80继续进行正交试验,发现丙纶布在体积分数2%的吐温-80溶液中、50℃、pH值为9的条件下,去污效果最好。
The polypropylene nonwovens were treated by anionic surface active agents(sodium dodecyl ben-zene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl sulfate) and non-ionic surface active agents(Triton, Tween-80). The decon-tamination rate and contamination rate of the polypropylene nonwovens before and after treatment were test-ed. Experimental results showed that the polypropylene nonwovens treated by non ionic surface active agenthad the better anti-fouling property. The Tween-80 orthogonal test showed that the polypropylene nonwo-vens had the best decontamination rate when they were treated in 2% Tween-80 solution, at the tempera-ture of 50 ℃ and under the condition of pH=9.
