几种花楸属植物繁殖技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 该文对花楸属植物的化学成分和药理作用、播种育苗、扦插、嫁接、组织培养等方面做了详细报道。播种育苗采用的是常规种子育苗,发芽率低,播种量大,需要深度休眠和长时间层积。扦插繁殖以一年生枝条效果最佳,生长速度快,生根率高;吲哚丁酸100 mg/L处理17 h的生根率最高,达76%。嫁接成活率可达90%以上,但愈合效果不好,出现接口折枝现象。在组织培养方面研究各阶段、各部位的最佳培养基配方及培养程序、适宜条件等,均获得成功。 This text detailed introduce about chemical constituents and pharmacological activites,sow seeds, cutting,graft,tissue culture of Sobus. It followed that sow seeds used conventional seedling breeding,low seedling rate, large seeding quantity, demanded on advanced dormancy and long stacked content. Cutting with one-year old branches was the best,fast growth,rooting rate was higher; 100 mg/L of IBA to deal with 17 h rooting rate was the best,was 76%. Graft living rate was reach up to 90%,but the effect of healing of wound was bad ,there was broken of interface. In tissue culture respects to research different stages ,different parts of the best media components and program of issue culture and suitable condition, had been achieved success.
