摘要
为满足在潮湿环境中使用的特殊要求,研制了一种新型纵向阻水射频同轴电缆。在对内外导体和绝缘材料及结构进行了精心设计的基础上,通过对物理发泡绝缘生产、外导体纵包和编织以及阻水涂覆等生产工序的严格控制,该新型纵向阻水射频同轴电缆具有低驻波、低损耗、易弯曲及良好阻水等优异性能。该电缆的主要技术指标已达到了国外同类产品的技术水平,现已得到批量应用。
In order to meet the special requirement used in humid conditions, a new longitudinal water-blocking radio frequency (RF) coaxial cable is developed. On the basis of elaborate design on the inner/outer conductor. insulating materials and constructions, through the strict control of physically foamed insulation production, longitudinal covering and the braiding of outer conductor, water-blocking coating and other production processes, the cable could have many excellent performances such as low VSWR, low loss, easy bending and good water-blocking. The main specifications of the cable have reached the level of similar foreign products and the cable has been applied in batches.
