摘要
本文通过访谈、课堂观察、文献分析及自身经验等角度对西安理工大学学分制下本科生学生评教现状进行分析研究,发现本科生评教过程中存在学生打分随意性、情感性及评价标准单一性等问题,并借鉴国外高校学生评教经验,提出相关对策,希望能够在一定程度上解决本科生评教过程中的问题。
Based on interviews, class observation, literature analysis and teaching experiences, this paper explores the current situation of teaching evaluation by undergraduate students under the credit system of Xi'an University of Technology. It is found that there are some problems during the process of teaching evaluation, such as irresponsible grading, sentimental association and single evaluation standard. Some countermeasures are provided under the enlightenments of teaching evaluation experiences from overseas universities, with the hope of solving, to some extent, the problems existing in teaching evaluation by undergraduates.
