摘要
铁路特需列车的开行提高了全程物流服务水平和质量,促进了社会物流运输体系的完善。在阐述铁路特需列车发展现状的基础上,从形成铁路物流列车品牌效应、提升铁路物流服务品质、推动物流运输体系的完善等方面分析特需列车开行效果,针对特需列车组织存在的运输需求掌握不全面、"前店""后厂"衔接不紧密、信息化支撑不足等问题,提出打造铁路物流品牌列车、全面构建快速物流网络、加强产品全程信息化建设、扩展服务种类与延伸服务范围等措施,以促进特需列车的稳步发展。
The operation of railway special-purpose trains increases the service level and quality of whole-process logistics and promotes the improvement of social logistics transport system. On the basis of expounding development status of railway special-purpose trains, this paper analyzes operation effects of the trains from several aspects, such as forming brand effect of railway logistics trains, increasing service quality of railway logistics and promoting improvement of logistics transport system. Targeting with the problems existing in special-purpose train organization, including incomplete grasp of transport demand, incompact connection between "front shop" and "back factory" and deficient of informationization support, the paper puts forward the countermeasures, such as building the trains of railway logistics brand, fully constructing fast logistics network, strengthening the whole-process informationization establishment of products, increasing service categories and expanding service scope, so as to promote stable development of special-purpose trains.
