摘要
为提高铁路运输企业核心竞争力,在分析供应链物流管理特点及工业4.0变革的兴起对运输市场带来影响的基础上,阐述铁路现有物流产品时间维度管理的缺失对铁路发展现代物流的制约。根据铁路物流产品管理现状,提出铁路物流产品设计及管理对策,即创新铁路物流产品生产模式、完善运输产品评价指标体系、优化运输产品生产过程管理、修订铁路运输企业清算办法及绩效考核办法、发展配送服务。
In order to improve the core competence of railway transport enterprise, on the basis of analyzing characteristics of supply chain logistics management and the influence of industry 4.0 revolution on transportation market, this paper expounds the restriction of lacking time dimension management of current logistics product on the development of railway modern logistics. According to management status of railway logistics products, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of railway logistics product design and management, such as innovating production mode of railway logistics products, improving evaluation index system of transportation products, optimizing the production process management of logistics products, revising the clearing method and performance appraisal method of railway transport enterprises and developing delivery service.
