我国铁路运营国际标准化工作的思考

Thoughts on International Standardization Works of Railway Operation in China

随着我国铁路运输业的快速发展,我国和国际间的交流与合作不断增加,我国铁路标准国际化工作的重要性凸显。铁路运营标准是我国铁路开展标准国际化工作的重要组成部分。通过分析国际铁路联盟(UIC)和国际标准化组织(ISO)中铁路运营方面国际标准化工作现状,提出我国开展铁路运营国际标准化工作的对策,即结合我国实际运营经验开展铁路运营国际标准化工作、充分利用UIC和ISO平台开展铁路运营国际标准化工作、鼓励更多力量参与铁路运营国际标准化工作和培养适应铁路运营国际标准化工作的人才等建议,为提升我国铁路运营国际标准化提供参考。

With the fast development of railway transport industry in China, the communication and cooperation between China and foreign countries are increasing, and the importance of standard internationalization works of China railway is highlighted. Railway operation standard is an important part of China railway developing standard internationalization works. Through analyzing status of international standardization works of railway operation in UIC and ISO, this paper puts forward countermeasures of developing international standardization works of railway operation in China, such as developing the international standardization works by combining with Chinese actual operation experience, developing the works by fully using UIC and ISO platform, encouraging more parties to attend the works and training talents to adapt to the works. All of these could provide reference for increasing international standardization of railway operation in China.
