摘要 轨道交通事故故障的应急处置以各类预案为指导,但由于涉及事件类别广、处置环节多、时间要求紧,使得突发事件发生时单靠人工实现快速、准确、高效的应急处置存在一定的困难。在分析轨道交通运营应急管理特点的基础上,综合考虑应急工作流程、多方协同联动、处置方案的生成与动态监控,以及列车运行调整等方面的影响,面向线路运营控制中心行车调度指挥的实际需求,设计开发基于预案的城市轨道交通行车调度应急辅助决策系统,有助于应急调度指挥的准确、规范、高效,提高轨道交通运营安全和可靠性水平。 The emergency disposal of rail transit accidents is guided by various emergency plans, but due to the widespread event categories and tight schedules, etc., it is difficult to achieve rapid, accurate and efficient emergency disposal by manual alone when emergency occurs. Based on analyzing the characteristics of emergency management of rail transit operation, by comprehensively considering the influences of emergency workflow, multi-parties cooperation, generation and dynamic monitoring of disposal plan as well as the train operation adjustment, targeting with actual demand of railway traffic control command in Operation Control Center(OCC), the emergency auxiliary decision-making system of traffic control for urban rail transit is designed and developed, which can contribute to realize accurate, standard and high-efficient emergency traffic control command and increase the safety and reliability level of rail transit operation.
