针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗脑卒中后偏身感觉障碍临床研究

Clinical Research on Hemidysesthesia After Stroke Treated by Acupuncture combined with Collateral-Needling Cupping

目的:观察针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗脑卒中后偏身感觉障碍的疗效。方法:选取2013年1月—2014年12月在郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院康复医学科就诊的脑卒中患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。研究过程中,共有4例患者脱落,治疗组2例,对照组1例因惧怕针刺而退出,1例因突发严重并发症转科而退出研究。两组均予内科基础治疗,并配合康复训练。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用刺络拔罐治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为90.7%,对照组有效率为74.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMMS感觉功能、运动功能评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),且治疗组感觉功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗脑卒中后偏身感觉障碍临床疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the elinical effects of acupuncture combined with collateral-needling cupping on hemidysesthesia after stroke. Melhods：Totally 90 cases with stroke treated in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Luoyang Central Hospi- tal between January 2013 and December 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. During research ,4 eases fell off,2 cases in treatment, one case in control group afraid of acupuncture,one case withdrawing the research because of sudder and severe complications. Both groups were given internal medicine basic treatment and combined with rehabililation lraining. Control group were given conventional acupuncture treatment while treatment group were additionally given collateral-needling cupping. Results：The effeetive rate was 90.7% in treatment group anti 74.4% in control group; treat- ment group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sensory function of FMMS and the scores of motor function increased after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the improvement of sensory function of treatment group was better than that in control group（ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with collateral-needling cupping has remarkable therapeutic effects on hemidysesthesia af＇ter stroke.
