雷公藤多苷对强直性脊柱炎患者转化生长因子-β及焦虑情绪的影响

Influence of Tripterysium Glycosides on TGF-βand Anxiety Mood of Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:探讨雷公藤多苷对强直性脊柱炎患者转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)及焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选择2013年1月—2014年10月在本院接受治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组患者应用柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加服雷公藤多苷。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后TGF-β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)水平、血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)水平及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为94.34%,对照组有效率为77.36%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TGF-β、TNF-α水平优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后CRP及ESR低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后SAS及SDS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤多苷治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,能够提高TGF-β水平、减轻局部炎症反应,可有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁的情绪。

Objective：To explore the influence of tripterysium glycosides on TGF-β and anxiety mood of patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods：Totally 106 patients with AS treated in this hospital between January 2013 and October 2014 were randomized into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. Control group were given Salazosulfapyridine for the treatment while observation group were added with tripterysium glycosides. The clinical effects, levels of TGF-β and TNF-a, ESR and CRP and the changes of SAS and SDS in both groups were observed. Results ： The effective rate was 94.34% in observa- tion group and 77.36% in control group;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of TGF-β and TNF-ain both groups after treatment were better than these before treatment, and treatment group were better than control group, with statis- tical significance （P 〈0.01 ）. The levels of CRP and ESR,scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than these before treatment, and treatment group were lower than control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion： Tripterysium glycosides has definite therapeutic effects on TGF-13, which can relieve the local inflammatory reaction and anxiety mood of pa- tients.
