穴位注射治疗眼部带状疱疹临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Ophthalmicus by Acupoint Injection

目的:观察穴位注射治疗眼部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例眼部带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用穴位注射治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及各项指标恢复时间。结果:对照组有效率为75.00%,治疗组有效率为90.00%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组止痛天数、疱疹结痂时间及眼部损伤好转天数明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射治疗眼部带状疱疹临床疗效显著,且能够缩短病程,减轻患者疼痛程度。

Objective ：To observe the clinieai efficacy of point injection in the treatment of herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Methods ：80 cases of herpes zoster ophthalmieus were randomly divided into control group anti treatment group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with Acupoint Injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and recovery time of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate of control group was 75.0% , the treatment group was 90.0% , the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treat- ment group pain ctays,xiaopao scabby time was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Aeupoint injection in the treatment of herpes zoster ophthalmicus has significant clinical effect,and can short- en the course of disease, reduce the degree of pain in patients.
