妇产科围手术期中医药的应用贯穿于术前、术中和术后。术前中医药干预主要集中在缓解不良情绪、改善全身状况以及辅助肠道准备,为手术顺利进行提供保障;术中中医药干预主要集中在减少术中应激反应、辅助麻醉及止痛;术后中医药干预则主要在术后镇痛、调节及促进胃肠功能恢复、缓解术后疲劳、改善睡眠障碍,以及针对术后发热、肠粘连、尿潴留、下肢深静脉栓塞等并发症的预防和诊治方面。应用中医药参与围手术期的处理已成为具有明显特色和优势的研究领域,但相关研究尚处于起步阶段,需进一步发挥中医药的特色和优势,开展临床和基础研究。

Chinese medicine is applied to the whole process of perioperative period, before,during and after the operation. The pre- operative intervention of Chinese medicine is mainly to relieve bad mood, improve the general condition, help bowel preparation, and guarantee smooth operation. The intervention of Chinese medicine during operation is to reduce the stress reaction, assist anes- thesia and check pain. Postoperative intervention of Chinese medicine is for analgesia after operation, regulation and promotion of the recovery of the gastrointestinal function and to relieve postoperative fatigue, improve insomnia, prevent and treat postoperative fever,intestinal adhesion,urosehesis,deep venous thrombosis. The application of Chinese medicine to the periuperative period has been a preponderant research field with obvious feature, But the related research is still in the initial stage, the need to further de- velop the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, to carry out clinical and basic research.
