摘要
钻井过程中准确确定循环压耗对降低井下复杂事故发生、提高安全钻进效率十分重要。由于深井钻井作业中,利用传统计算方法确定循环压耗会产生较大误差,故有必要进行改进。通过利用幂律流体模拟钻井液,推导出圆管和环空中幂律流体的雷诺数公式,得出环空中层流时的循环压耗计算模型。经实践验证,该模型在确定深井循环压耗时计算简便、准确率高、误差低,为深井钻井作业中准确计算循环压耗提供了一种新方法。
Accurately determining circulating pressure loss during drilling is very important for reducing downhole accidents, improving safety drilling efficiency. Because of large error in circulating pressure loss from conventional calculation, it is necessary to make improvement. By power-law drilling fluid simulation, Reynolds equation is deduced from pipe and annulus power-law fluid, so as to arrive at the laminar flow of air circulating loop of pressure loss calculation model. It is proven that the model in determining the deep circulation pressure consuming calculation is simple, with high accuracy, low error and provides a new method for accurately calculate the circulating pressure loss during deep drilling operations.
