摘要
固态去耦合器常用来缓解管道的交流干扰,但会影响安装位置附近管道交流地电位梯度(Alternating Current Voltage Gradient,ACVG)检测的准确性,不能真实反映管道外防腐层状况。为提高固态去耦合器安装位置附近管道ACVG检测的准确性,从固态去耦合器的工作原理、ACVG检测原理出发,分析了开挖验证中固态去耦合器影响管线ACVG检测准确性的原因,提出了采用ACVG检测对固态去耦合器附近管段进行防腐层完整性评价时的注意事项,可提高检测评价结果的准确性,为油气管道的有效维护和安全管理提供科学依据。
Solid state decouplers are usually used to mitigate AC interference. But it affects the accuracy of ACVG detection and can't truly reflect the status of outer anti-corrosion coating. In order to improve the detective accuracy, the impacts of solid state decoupler on the ACVG detection accuracy of pipeline in validation were analyzed from the aspects of working principle of solid state decoupler and principle of ACVG detection. Matters need attention are proposed on evaluation integrity of pipeline anti-corrosion coating near solid state decoupler when using ACVG detecting technique. It can improve the accuracy of evaluation results and provide scientific basis for effective maintenance and safety management of pipeline.
