案例教学法在药理学抗高血压药教学中的实践 被引量:12

摘要 对比研究两种教学方法在药理学课程抗高血压药教学中的效果。选取2012级临床医学专业2个班,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用案例教学和传统模式教学,通过药理学考试成绩以及问卷调查对教学效果进行对比分析。结果显示,实验组学生期末试卷平均分数、抗高血压药章节论述题和选择题得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);试卷成绩分布也优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,在反映教学方法和教学效果的评价指标方面,有9项指标实验组评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,对药理学课程抗高血压药实施案例教学能取得较好的教学效果,值得进一步探索和实践。 The aim of the study is to perform pharmacology case-based learning(CBL) and evaluate its effect in antihypertensive drugs teaching. The clinical medicine students of Grade 2012 were divided into the experimental group and control group randomly.The two groups were subjected to the case-based learning and conventional learning model respectively. The teaching effects were evaluated though their pharmacology exam scores and questionnaire investigations. There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the aspects of average score,multiple-choice and essay questions score in the antihypertensive drug chapter(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01),and the score distribution of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). The questionnaire showed that a remarkable difference exists between the case-based leaching method and the traditional one in the aspect of nine indices of teaching effect obviously(P〈0. 05). The effect of case-based learning in antihypertensive drugs teaching is better,so it is worth adoption and exploration.
