摘要
洛阳石化连续重整加热炉长期存在热效率偏低、能耗偏高的问题,通过2015年大检修期间增上高温扰流子-低温铸铁组合空气预热器与更换燃烧器,重整加热炉热效率皆达到了92%以上,并且取得了较高的经济效益。
The issues of low thermal efficiency and high energy consumption had existed in continuous catalytic reforming heating furnace of SINOPEC Luoyang Company for a long time, through the addition of hyperthermal turbolator, microthermal regenerative air preheater made of cast iron and the change of combustor during the overhaul in 2015, the thermal efficiency of heating furnace had exceeded 92% and achieved higher economic benefits.
