高职院校校园文化育人“全员责任制”探索

The Research for Full Responsibility System about Higher Vocational Campus Culture

校园是学生学习、训练、活动、实践锻炼和创业的重要场所,是学校开展教育教学、日常管理和服务等校园文化育人活动,全面提升学生职业素养的重要阵地。鉴于高职教育生源滑坡的现状,高职院校必须抢占校园文化育人主阵地,创新性地构建校园文化育人的长效机制,促进高职学生成长、成才。

Campuses of Higher vocational education are not only the places supplied for studying, training, acting, practicing and creating, but also the campus cultural areas for daily education, ordinary management and services which are very helpful for teaching students and developing the professionalism. According to the condition of higher vocational education with declining of new students, vocational colleges should occupy the campus cultural advantaged position, set up campus cultural long-effect mechanism and guide the vocational students grow up.
