摘要
采用荧光检测技术,用一定波长的光激发叶绿素a发生荧光,根据检测荧光强度实现对叶绿素a浓度的测定。检测仪无需取样,可直接投入环境水体中直接检测,具有灵敏度高、准确性好、功耗低和绿色环保等优点,具有一定的研究和推广应用价值。
Based on the fluorescence detection technology, using a certain wavelengths of light excites chlorophyll a for fluorescence, detects for the concentrations of chlorophyll a according to the intensity of fluorescence. Detector needn't sampling, can be directly used in water, and has lots of advantages, such as high sensitivity, good accuracy, low power consumption, going green and environmental protection and so on. So it is of value in both theoretical research and actual practice.
