《中国式人力资源管理研究》一书的出版使理论界对中国式人力资源管理研究的进程向前迈进了一大步。该书的理论意义在于明确地界定了中国式人力资源管理的内涵、目的、基础与路径,深刻地分析了中国式人力资源管理存在的必然性,深入地开展了相关研究并取得了一系列的理论成果。该书的实践价值在于构建了一个培养中国式人力资源管理专业人才的平台,形成了一个能直接指导中国式人力资源管理实践的思想库。中国式人力资源管理研究的未来展望应注意开展中国与美国、日本等发达国家人力资源管理的比较研究,应注意把中国文化的"道"与西方管理的"术"结合起来研究,应注意结合中国企业的人力资源管理成效进行研究。
The publication of Chinese-style Human Resource Management Research is a major step forward for the theoretical circle in the research process of Chinese-style human resource management. The theoretical significance of the book includes: it clearly defined the meaning, purpose, foundation and path of Chinese-style human resources management, and made a profound analysis of the necessity for the existence of Chinese-style human resource management; it conducted related in-depth research and achieved a series of theoretical results. The book's practical value lies in building a platform for training Chinese-style human resources management professionals and forming a think tank to offer a direct guide for Chinese-style human resources management practice. In the future research into human resource management, it is necessary to carry out comparative research between China and the developed countries such as the United States and Japan. Besides, it is necessary to combine "Tao" of Chinese culture and "management" of western management. What's more, the research should be carried out based on the effectiveness of human resources management of Chinese enterprises.
