On the Influence of Media Supervision on Judicial Justice

公正是现代法治社会的生命线。媒体不仅能给社会公众提供一个"看见"公正的平台,也能给司法机关提供一个"展现"公正的平台,但媒体监督如果应用不当,也会对司法公正带来很大负面影响。如何找到平衡点,既保证公民知情权又促进司法公正,这需要媒体和司法机构的共同努力。对司法公正与媒体监督的共性和个性及其相互关系进行分析,以期构建二者之间深入合作的和谐关系,推进司法工作与媒体监督良性融合发展。

Justice is the lifeblood of modern judicial society. The media not only provide a fair platform for the public to observe, but also provide a fair platform for the judiciary to display fairness, but if the application of media supervision is improper, it will have a great negative impact on judicial justice. How to find a balance between the rights of the public to be informed and judicial justice？ This requires the joint efforts of the media and the judiciary. The purpose of this paper is to make a brief analysis of the commonality and individuality of judicial justice and media supervision so as to construct a harmonious relationship between the two and promote the integration of judicial work and media supervision.
