摘要
目的探讨银医通自助缴费系统在医院门诊就诊流程中的实施优势及其发展受限原因。方法根据缴费方式分为银医通自助缴费组和窗口缴费组,通过对患者业务办理时间、满意程度进行统计分析。结果银医通自助缴费组在患者业务办理时间与窗口缴费组患者相较节约时间约为30~67 min,患者就诊满意度提升4.0%以上,各成效比较指标显著优于窗口缴费组。结论医院银医通自助缴费系统对医疗机构优化就诊流程、改善就诊环境具有一定推动作用,如何提高机器使用率,还需要在实践中加以完善。
Objective:To study the implementation advantages and reasons for the limited development of self-service ex- pense pay system of bank-hospital express. Method:The author made a statistical analysis on patients' business handling time and their satisfactory degree by grouping them into bank-hospital self-service express and window payment. Result:The group of bank- hospital self-service pay express save 30 -67 minutes than the other group in payment,patients' satisfactory degree is increased above 4% ,and all the indicators of this group are obviously better than the ones of the other. Conclusion:Bank-hospital self-service expense pay system can optimize the process of medical treatment and improve in a degree the environment of medical treatment. However, the improvement in machine utilization needs to be done in the practice.
