摘要
首先,对诱发显示器故障模式的主要环境因素进行了分析,确定了影响显示器的可靠性的敏感环境应力;其次,以某型显示器为研究对象,通过设计试验剖面,制定了相应的可靠性强化试验方案,并进行了实际应用;然后,在试验实施的过程中成功地将产品的缺陷激发为了可被检测的故障,有效地发现了产品设计的薄弱环节;最后,通过分析其故障模式和失效机理,提出了有效的改进措施,提高了产品的健壮性和可靠性。
Firstly, analyzed, and the determined. Next, the main environmental factors inducing the failure mode of the display are sensitive environmental stresses affecting the reliability of the display are taking a display as the research object, the corresponding reliability enhancement test scheme is made by designing test profile, and the practical application is worked out. And then, during the implementation of the test, the defects of the product are successfully stimulated to the faults which can be detected, and the weak link of product design are found effectively. Finally, by analyzing the failure mode and failure mechanism of the product, some effective improvement measures are put forward, and the robustness and reliability of the product are improved.
