摘要
首先,介绍了目前工程中常用的测试性分配方法,并指出了其存在的问题;然后,提出了一种新的按故障率分配测试性指标的方法;最后,以该方法在某机载无线通信单元的测试性指标分配中的运用为例,验证了该方法的可行性、有效性。
Firstly, the testability allocation methods commonly used in engineering are introduced and their problems are pointed out. And then, a new method that allocates testability indexes according effectiveness of the method is airborne wireless communication to failure rate is pro verified by applying it in the testability index unit. feasibility and allocation of anairborne wireless communication unit.
