摘要
为研究轴向柱塞泵中引入铜套后柱塞滑靴组件上作用力的变化,建立了柱塞滑靴组件的动力学模型和柱塞副接触长度的数学模型,利用AMESim和MATLAB数值仿真相结合的方法,得到作用在柱塞滑靴组件上的斜盘反作用力及其等效接触力的特性曲线.分析结果表明:引入铜套后,处于排油区的等效接触力将稳定在一定范围内,且斜盘倾角越大,铜套越短,等效接触力的稳定值越大;同时铜套还能有效降低等效接触力的脉动和对斜盘倾角的敏感度,但是对斜盘反力的影响很小,所以合理地设计铜套能有效改善柱塞滑靴组件的受力.
In order to investigate the change of the force on piston-slipper assembly with introduced brass bushing into axial piston pump, a dynamic model of its piston-slipper assembly and mathematical model of contact length of piston-cylinder interface are established and the characteristic curves of swash plate reaction force on piston-slipper assembly and its equivalent contact force are obtained by means of incorporate numerical simulation approach of AMESim with MATLAB, It is shown by result analysis that the equiva- lent contact force at oil discharging zone will be to a certain extent in the presence of the brass bushing and the greater the inclined angle of swash plate and shorter the length of the brass bushing, the greater the stabilility of the equivalent contact force will be and, meanwhile, the brass bushing will be able to make the pulsation of the equivalent contact force and its sensitivity to swash plate angle decreased effectively while its influence on the reaction force of the swash plate will be very small. Therefore, a reasonable design of brass bushing can effectively improve the stress of the piston-slipper assembly.
