基于不孕症临床病证特征的动物模型分析

目前,不孕症虽然有多种建模方法,但均存在不足之处,而动物模型应用也存在一定局限性。不孕症动物模型多因病因模拟单一而无法与临床病证变化完全一致,一些模型仅通过"病"来复制模型,单从西医角度入手,虽成模率高,但忽略了中医学"证候",不能体现中医药的治疗优势。这些建模方法其实都侧重于不同的病因学,均有着各自的独特性和局限性。所以,进一步探索能反应不孕症病证特征,体现不孕症中西医病因,复制出能更加贴近临床病证特点的动物模型是今后需要努力发展的方向。

At present, although there are many kinds of modeling methods of infertility, but there are shortcomings, and the applica- tion of animal model also has some limitations. The animal model of infertility due to causes and clinical symptoms and cannot sim- ulate a single change in exactly the same, some models to copy the model only through the ＂ disease＂, a single from the western perspective, although the incidence of diabetes high,but ignores the TCM syndromes, TCM treatment can not reflect the advanta- ges. These modeling methods are focused on different etiology, which have respective uniqueness and limitations. Therefore, further exploration the characteristics of the symptoms of infertility, reflecting the cause of infertility in Chinese and western medicine, rep- lication more closely related to the clinical characteristics of the animal model is the future direction need to work hard.
