壮骨活血颗粒配合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎骨折临床研究

Clinical Research on Zhuanggu Huoxue Granule Combined with Salmon Calcitonin in Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Lumbar Fracture

目的:观察壮骨活血颗粒配合鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法:96例骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组采用壮骨活血颗粒联合鲑鱼降钙素及钙剂治疗,对照组应用鲑鱼降钙素及钙剂治疗。结果:治疗组患者经过治疗后骨密度增加显著,且中医证候及疼痛缓解程度较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:壮骨活血颗粒配合鲑鱼降钙素对改善骨质疏松症椎体骨折患者骨密度、中医证候和疼痛效果明显。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhuanggu Huoxue Granule combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile osteoporotic lumbar fracture. Methods ：96 cases of patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 48 eases in each group. The study group was given Zhuanggu Huoxue Granule combined with salmon ealcitonin and calcium treatment, and the control group was given salmon calcitonin and calcium treatment. Results：After treatment, the bone mineral density of the patients in the study group was significantly increased, and the TCM syndrome and the degree of pain relief were significantly different than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Zhuanggu Huoxue Granule combined with salmon calcitonin can obvious improvement bone mineral density in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures, TCM syndrome and pain relief effect.
