海上疏松砂岩出砂快速分析系统研究

摘要 出砂是海上油气田开发过程中经常面临的问题,大型出砂分析软件和室内实验能提供精确度较高的分析判断结果。一方面需要大量的油藏地质数据,而在勘探开发程度较低的地区却难以获取足够参数;另一方面,室内实验研究需要岩心的支持,但岩心获取成本极高,尤其是开发成本高昂的海上油气田。为此,整合经验模型和精度更高的力学模型,从经验判断、出砂风险分析、围岩塑性破坏区分布等多种角度进行出砂趋势的研究,编制防砂设计模块,建立了一套使用便捷,能广泛应用于现场,能为现场人员提供更为全面准确的出砂趋势判断的分析系统。 As sand often occurs in the process of offshore oil and gas field development,large sand analysis software and the indoor experiment are used to provide analysis results with high precision. However,on the one hand,we require a lot of reservoir geological data,and it is difficult to get enough parameters in the lower level of exploration and development area. Indoor experimental research,on the other hand,needs the support of core data,but the core access cost is extremely high,especially in the development of the high cost of offshore oil and gas fields.Therefore,integration of empirical model and mechanics model of higher precision,judging from experience,sand production risk analysis and the distribution of the plastic zone of surrounding rock,a sand control module was designed to provide a set of convenient analysis system,which can be widely used in the scene to provide a more comprehensive and more accurate trend of sand production.
