摘要
通过钻井后效特征、岩屑X射线衍射特征及产出流体全样本数据分析及相关文献查询,明确了大牛地奥陶系风化壳含硫气井产H2S的机理、区域分布特征。研制了高效的井筒除硫剂,开展了H_2S质量分数在(0~150)×10^(-6)的低、微含硫气井的井筒加注除硫剂除硫试验,效果显著,形成了下步除硫技术的整体部署方案。
Based on effect feature analysis after drilling,X-ray diffraction analysis of cuttings,full sample data analysis of produced fluids and profiled references,it was initially clear to obtain the gas production mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in Daniudi Ordovician weathering crust and the regional distribution characteristics. A highly efficient desulphurization agent was developed to carry out the desulphurization tests in gas wells containing of( 0 ~ 150) × 10^(-6)hydrogen sulfide. The results were significant to form the next overall desulphurization technology scheme in this gas field.
