欠发达地区城镇化进程中存在的问题及对策——以汉阴县城关镇为例

Problems and Countermeasures to the Urbanization in Less Developed Regions——Take Chengguan Town of Hanyin County as an Example

城镇化是我国现代化的必然途径和重要标志。汉阴县城关镇城镇化建设中存在产业结构不合理、征地拆迁矛盾突出、生态环境恶化、民生保障不足等问题,其原因主要是自然条件的限制、经济基础薄弱、缺乏科学规划、政府保障措施不完善。因此,应科学规划,优化产业结构,完善征地拆迁管理机制,依法治理生态环境,切实加强民生保障,以推动经济欠发达地区城镇化的健康发展。

The urbanization is an inevitable way and an important symbol of China＇ s modernization. There still existing problems in Chengguan town of Hanyin county construction, such as irrational industrial structure, land acquisition demolition contradictions, deterioration of the ecological environment and the people＇ s livelihood. The reasons for these problems are the limitation of natural conditions, the weak economic foundation, the lack of scientific planning, the government＇ s safeguard measures are not perfect. Scientific planning, optimize industrial structure, improve the land acquisition and resettlement management mechanism, according to the law of ecological environment governance, improve social security, efforts to solve the problem of people＇ s livelihood, these measures will help to promote the economic less developed area urbanization healthy development.
