摘要
油田污水含硫会加速对金属材料的腐蚀,破坏污水处理系统及注水系统,其腐蚀产物Fe S堵塞地层,降低水驱效果,增加洗井和酸化次数。针对污水硫含量超标的问题,筛选评价了3种类型9种除硫剂的除硫效果。复合型除硫剂除硫效果较沉淀型、氧化型除硫剂好,其中除硫剂CS-03效果最佳。模拟污水除硫的最佳除硫时间为2 h,最佳p H值为5,温度越高,除硫剂加量越大,除硫效果越好。除硫剂CS-03在江汉油田某联合站进行应用,加量为50 mg/L时处理后污水硫含量在1.0 mg/L左右。除硫剂CS-03在渤海油田某平台调驱作业中应用,加量为500 mg/L时处理后污水硫含量小于10 mg/L。除硫剂CS-03应用效果良好,除硫稳定性高。
Oilfield sewage containing sulfur will accelerate the corrosion of metallic material,destroy the sewage treatment system and water injection system. The corrosion product Fe S can clog stratigraphic thereby reducing the effect of water flooding and increasing the number of flushing and acidification. This article aimed at the problem of removal sulfur, large numbers of experiment were done to evaluate 3 types of 9 kinds sulfur removal agents. The results show that complex sulfur removal agents had better effect than precipitated and oxidized sulfur removal agents, in which agent CS-03 was the best. The best removal time of simulated sewage was 2 hours, optimal p H value was 5. Besides, the higher temperature and the greater amount of removal agent, the better the effect of removal ratio. Field application indicates that the content of sulfur on production sewage was lower than 1.0 mg/L in Jianghan oilfield. The content of sulfur on profile controlling and flooding sewage was lower than 10 mg/L in Bohai oilfield. Field test effect on sulfur removal were significantly and stability.
