摘要 为探索高温高盐稠油油藏开展聚合物驱油技术的可行性,中海油2013年12月在印尼Widuri油田C27井开展注聚先导性试验。实验初期配制的聚合物溶液井口的黏度远低于推荐值,造成地层油藏中聚合物的黏度远低于方案设计,这严重影响了聚驱的效果。文中通过分析水中Fe2+浓度对聚合物黏度的影响,研究出适合该油田特点的除铁稳黏药剂体系。通过现场实验论证了除铁稳黏技术的可行性,完善了海上高温高盐油藏聚合物驱油配套技术,为80℃以上温度的稠油油藏开展聚合物驱油技术奠定基础。 In order to explore the feasibility of heavy oil reservoir with high temperature and high salt in polymer flooding technology, CNOOC launched the pilot experiment in the C27 oil well of Indonesian Widuri oilfield in december 2013. Early experiment, the viscosity of the polymer solution in wellhead is much lower than the recommended value, resulting in viscosity of polymer in formation reservoir is far lower than the design, which seriously affected the polymer flooding effect. In this paper, by analyzing the effect of Fe2+concentration on the viscosity of polymer, the reagent system of iron removal and viscosity stabilization is studied. The feasibility of iron removal and viscosity stabilization technology is demonstrated through field experiment, the technology of polymer flooding in high temperature and high salinity reservoir is improved, which lay the foundation for polymer flooding technology in heavy oil reservoirs with the temperature above 80 ℃.
