基于平板热管散热器的热电制冷冰箱实验研究

摘要 为了提高热电制冷冰箱的制冷性能,以平板热管技术为基础,用平板热管散热器代替传统铝翅片板散热器在热电制冷片热侧散热。通过实验对两种散热器散热性能进行了研究,对安装平板热管散热器与传统铝翅片板散热器的两种冰箱进行对比分析,得到冰箱内部温度、制冷功率、制冷系数随电流的变化规律,以及冰箱内部温度随风机电压的变化规律,并对结果进行了对比。对比结果表明,用平板热管散热器代替铝翅片板散热器能够降低冰箱的内部温度,提高冰箱制冷能力。 In order to improve the cooling performance of thermoelectric cooling refrigerator, it uses a flat plate heat pipe heat sink to replace the aluminum plate fin heat sink based on fiat plate heat pipe technology. Using the experimental method, it studies thermal performance of the two heat sinks, compares the two kinds of refrig- erators with fiat heat pipe heat sink and aluminum plate fin heat sink, analyzes the variations of temperature in- side the refrigerator, cooling power, cooling coefficient with the change of current, and the variations of tempera- ture inside the refrigerator with the change of fan voltage. The results show that a plate heat pipe heat sink in- stead of aluminum plate fin heat sink can reduce the refrigerator cooling temperature, improve cooling perform- ance of the refrigerator.
