摘要 为解决多次加铺的复合道面加铺层使用寿命远低于设计值的问题,采用ABAQUS分别建立了加铺多层和一次加铺至相同厚度的复合道面三维有限元模型,通过对比排除了疲劳寿命衰减规律是完全由加铺厚度引起的可能性,得出结论:加铺层使用寿命随加铺层数增加而减小,且加铺层表层受力状态并未因加铺沥青砼而得到改善,在进行加铺决策时应慎重。 In order to solve the problem that the fatigue life of overlay is far lower than the design value, two ABAQUS finite element models are established to analyze the mechanical response of the road construct, one is composite pavement with multiple overlay, the other is pavement overlaying the same thickness of asphalt concrete, which can exclude the possibility that the attenuation rule of fatigue life is completely caused by overlay thickness. Calculation result indicates that the layer service life decrease with the increase of overlay times, which shows that the mean fatigue life of the overlay is not improved with the addition of asphalt concrete, which should be considered when making an overlay decision.
