摘要
针对交流电弧炉引起的电压波动和闪变、三相不平衡以及谐波等问题,提出了考虑电能质量约束下的无功补偿配置计算方法,并采用静止无功补偿器(SVC)与静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)联合运行的补偿方案加以治理。以湖北天门某电弧炉实际工程项目数据为参考,根据3组不同的电能质量要求等级分别给出了相应的补偿配置方案,并搭建了基于上述补偿方案的三相电弧炉供电系统模型,对其进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所提出的无功补偿方案能有效解决电弧炉造成的电能质量问题,且在保证治理效果的前提下降低方案投资成本,提高钢铁企业的经济效益。
As for such problem as voltage fluctuation and flicker,three-phase unbalance and harmonic due to AC arc furnace,the reactive power compensation allocation calculation method with consideration of power quality constraints is proposed and is controlled by joint operation compensation scheme by the use of static var compensator(SVC)and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM). The data of actual project of certain arc furnace at Hubei Tianmen is taken as reference,corresponding compensation allocation scheme is given respectively in accordance with three sets of different power quality grade requirement,the power supply system model of three-phase arc furnace based on the above compensation scheme is set up,and its simulation and verification are made. It is shown by the simulation result that the proposed reactive power compensation scheme can solve effectively the power quality problem and,on the perquisite of the controlling result,reduce the investment cost of the scheme and improve the economic efficiency of steel enterprise.
