摘要
为了获得超级电容器内部电场分布,同时获得结构参数和材料属性对其内部场强的影响规律,在合理的简化和假设后在ANSYS中建立了超级电容器二维电场有限元仿真模型,获得电容器内部整体和局部场强集中处的场强分布,给出最大场强所在路径上的场强分布并对结果进行了理论分析。基于该模型对多孔电极孔型、介电常数、电解液结构参数和材料属性对电容器内部场强分布的影响规律进行了研究,获得了相关参数对电容器内部场强的影响规律。本文研究对超级电容器材料选型、结构优化具有一定参考价值。
For obtaining internal electrical field distributions of the super capacitor and,at the same time,obtaining the influence rule of structure parameters and material property,a two dimensional electrical field finite element simulation model for super capacitor is set up in ANSYS after reasonable simplification and assumption,the complete and partial field strength distribution at the centralized positions inside the capacitor is obtained,the filed strength distribution on the path with maximum field strength is given and result is analyzed theoretically. The influence rule of internal field strength in the capacitor in accordance with porous electrode,dielectric constant,structural parameters of electrolyte and materials properties,the influence rule of related parameters on the internal field strength of capacitor is obtained.The study in this paper has a definite reference for the material selection and structure optimization.
