摘要
本文首先介绍了苏州南部电网现状及未来发展规划。在此基础上,针对苏州南部电网存在的电压稳定问题进行了研究,分析了电压失稳的机理,梳理了影响电压稳定的关键因素,并提出了安装动态无功补偿装置的解决措施。通过对调相机、静止无功补偿器(SVC)和静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)3种常用动态无功补偿装置的原理、配置方案和接入后对电网影响的研究和论证,提出了解决苏州南部电网电压稳定问题的结论与优化建议:2020年在吴江安装1组300 Mvar的STATCOM补偿装置,即可提升系统故障恢复后的电压水平,并维持检修方式下N-2故障的苏州南部电网电压稳定。
In this paper,the current status and future development plan for the south power grid in Suzhou is firstly introduced. On that basis,the existed problem of voltage stability of the south power grid in Suzhou is studied,the voltage instability mechanism is analyzed,the main factor influencing voltage stability is summarized and such measures as the installation of dynamic reactive power compensation device is proposed. Through the study and verification of such three normally used dynamic reactive power compensation device as phase modifier,static var compensator(SVC)and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)in their principle,allocation scheme and influence to the power grid after connection,the conclusion and optimization suggestion on solving the voltage stability of the south power grid in Suzhou is proposed. A set of STATCOM compensation device with 300 Mvar will be installed in Wujiang in 2020,which can improve voltage level after fault recovery of system and maintain voltage stability during N-2 fault in the south power grid of Suzhou.
