阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病合并糖尿病患者脂代谢、炎症指标及心室重构的影响

Effect of Atorvastatin to Lipid Metabolism,Inflammation Index and Ventricular Remodeling in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes Mellituss

目的:探究阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病合并糖尿病患者脂代谢、炎症指标及心室重构的影响。方法:将本院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组给予常规冠心病相关治疗措施,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙。观察两组患者脂代谢、炎症指标及心室重构的情况。结果:(1)治疗后两组总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平较治疗前均下降,试验组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后血清脂联素(APN)均上升,试验组上升更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后内脂素(Visfatin)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均下降,试验组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均下降,试验组下降更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)、二尖瓣口舒张早期最大流速与舒张末期最大流速比率(E/A)较治疗前均提高,试验组提升更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病合并糖尿病患者采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗可以降低其血脂水平,改善其炎症指标,抑制冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程,增强心功能,临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of Atorvastatin to lipid metabolism, inflammation index and ventrieu]ar remodeling in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Method： A total of 146 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional therapy, the experimental group was given Atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The lipid metabolism, inflammation index and ventricular remodeling of two groups were compared.Result： （ 1 ） Compared with before treatment, the levels of TC and LDL-C of two groups decreased, and the experimental group were more significant （P〈0.05） . （2） Compared with before treatment, the level of APN increased, but the levels of Visfatin, TNF- ot and hs-CRP of two groups decreased, the experimental group were more significant （P〈0.05） . （ 3 ） Compared with before treatment, the level of LVEDD decreased, but the levels of LVEF and E/A of two groups increased, the experimental group were more significant （P〈0.05） .The effective power of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Atorvastatin has the effects of lowering blood fat, reducing inflammation and delaying atherosclerosis, and it is ：worth of spreading.
