摘要
目的:探讨广州市医务人员职业紧张和心理健康状况及其相关性,为广州市医疗决策部门提供一定的依据。方法:2016年4-10月采取随机抽样的方法抽取广州市两家大型三级甲等医院的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果:医务人员心理健康问题检出率为29.48%(135/458)。居前3位的职业紧张指标分别为工作负荷、家庭冲突、人际关系,得分分别为(67.96±26.29)、(62.13±12.22)和(60.66±28.48)分。其中护理人员职业紧张得分最高,达(69.77±38.46)分;职能部门人员得分最低,为(46.60±16.36)分。职业紧张各因子与症状、焦虑、和抑郁自评量表得分均呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:职业紧张高的医务人员其心理健康水平低。
Objective: To explore the correlation between occupational stress and mental health of medical staff, providing a certain basis for medical decision-making departments in Guangzhou City.Method: A total of 458 medical staff were selected from 2 large-scale general hospitals in Guanzhou City from April 2016 to October 2016 by stratified random sampling method.They were investigated by Symptom Check list 90 ( SCL-90 ), and Occupational Stress ( OSI-2 ) .Result: The detection rates of mental health problem, anxiety and depression of medical staff were 29.48% ( 135/458 ) .The top three occupational stress indicators were workload ( 67.96 ± 26.29 ), family conflict ( 62.13 ± 12.22 ) and interpersonal relationship ( 60.66± 28.48 ) .The score of occupational stress of nurses was highest ( 69.77 ± 38.46 ) and the functional staff was lowest ( 46.60 ± 16.36 ) .The factors of occupational stress were all positively related with the scores of SCL-90 (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The medical staff who have higher occupational stress have lower mental health correspondingly.
