吉西他滨联合顺铂应用于非小细胞肺癌临床治疗的效果研究

Clinical Research of Gemcitabine Combined with Cisplatin Treating Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨应用吉西他滨联合顺铂方案对晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2014年2月-2015年12月在本院接受治疗的90例NSCLC患者作为本次的研究对象。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予单纯吉西他滨治疗,观察组给予吉西他滨+顺铂治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为46.67%、22.22%,疾病控制率分别为84.44%、53.33%,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者生活质量的提高程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05);胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制为患者主要不良反应,两组间不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合应用吉西他滨和顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗可促进整体疗效得到明显提高,且具有较高的安全性,不会增加药物毒副作用。

Objective： To study the effect of Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin treating non-small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） .Method： From Feb 2014 to Dec 2015, 90 NSCLC patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 45 cases in each group.The observation group treated with Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin.The control group treated with Gemcitabine alone.Clinical effects of two groups were compared.Result： Thetotal effective rate of observation group and control were 46.67%, 22.22%, and the disease control rates were 84.44%, 53.33%, the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）, After treatment, the improvement of life quality of the observation group was greater than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Gastrointestinal tract reaction and bone marrow suppression were major adverse reactions, adverse reaction diffrences between two groups were no statistically significant （P〉0.05） .Conclusion： Gemcitabine combined with Cisplatin treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve overall curative effect obviously, and has high security, and they do not increase the drug side effects.
