摘要
在运输过程中,振动和冲击是影响报废弹药运输安全的主要因素。为有效解决报废弹药公路运输的安全问题,在建立三自由度车辆振动模型的基础上,利用虚拟激励法,对不同路面、不同速度下弹药箱加速度功率谱密度函数进行仿真分析,确定不同路面下报废弹药安全运输的行驶速度,可为部队组织报废弹药公路运输提供参考。
Vibration and impact are the main factors affecting the transportation safety of waste ammunition. To effectively solve the safety problem in waste ammunition highway transportation, the paper establishes 3-DOF (three degree of freedora) vibration model and simulates acceleration power spectral density function of ammunition box indifferent road and speed with pseudo excitation method and mat lab software, and confirms the running speed of transporting waste ammunition on different road, which can provide reference for organizing waste ammunition highway transportation in the army.
