交直流调速控制系统故障检测仪设计

为给部队蓄电池车辆故障排除提供一种新的检测手段,根据交直流调速控制系统在部队蓄电池车辆上的使用情况,分析调速控制系统的故障,构造调速控制系统故障检测仪菜单列表,设计故障检测仪通信硬件电路和软件数据格式。通过试验,验证了设计的故障诊断仪能够满足部队使用要求。

To provide a new detecting method for trouble clearing of battery vehicle in the army and lay a technical foundation for designing the fault detector of AC and DC speed control system, the paper analyzes the fault of the speed control system according to the usage of AC and DC speed control system in battery vehicle in the army, and sets the fault detector menu lists of speed control system and designs the hardware circuit and software data formats of fault detector. The experiment proves that this fault detector can meet the demand of the army.
