摘要
为推动高素质新型军事人才培养,增强军事人才队伍的整体实力,打造一支"能打仗、打胜仗"的军事指挥人才群体,从个性特征培育、成长阶段特点、多岗位实践锻炼、人才使用环境等4个方面简述高素质新型军事人才的成长规律,分析存在的问题,提出相应的对策与建议。
To promote the cultivation of new-type high-quality personnel and improve the overall strength of military personnel, and build a capable military commanding team, the paper briefly introduces the growth rule of new-type high-quality military personnel from following 4 aspects ： personality cultivation, growth characteristic, post-practice and talents application environment, and analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
