为保证士官队伍各项管理政策调整和改革稳步推进,提升部队战斗力和传承优良传统,在分析士官教练员特点的基础上,从职业特性、自身素质及现行体制方面,梳理开展士官教练员思想政治工作的难点,提出要从思想引导、目标规划、机制激励、措施强化上加强士官教练员思想政治工作的对策与措施。

To ensure the revision of management policy and the promotion of reform for sergeant, and improve fighting capacity and inherit fine tradition, after analyzing the characteristics of sergeant coach, the paper elaborates the difficulties of developing ideological and political work for sergeant coach from professionalism, self-quality and current system. It also puts forward some countermeasures on strengthening ideological and political work for sergeant coach from ideological guidance, goal programming, incentive mechanism and strengthening measures.
