杜仲叶的化学、药理及临床应用分析

杜仲叶中含有环烯醚萜类、杜仲胶、木脂素类及苯丙素类、酚类、黄酮类等活性成分,以及有机酸类、维生素和微量元素等营养物质,具有补肝肾、强筋骨、降血压等功效,临床主要用于治疗高血压病、眩晕症、脑血管意外后遗症、慢性肾脏疾病、脊髓灰质炎、慢性关节疾病等。目前,对杜仲叶的研究存在一些不足:1临床应用范围较窄,并没有真正完全将杜仲叶纳入临床应用,只是将其作为辅助治疗药;2临床试验观察的有关指标还不够完善,患者案例过少,缺乏科学理论依据;3当前已生产出的杜仲叶中成药品种较少,未开发出更理想的药品,这些终究归结于对杜仲叶的药理作用机制及具体作用靶点的研究还不够透彻,不够深入,后期应该更加全面化、系统化、有条理地对杜仲叶进行相关研究使其得到最大化的利用。

Eucommia ulmoides leaves contain the active ingredients such as iridoid, gutta-percha, lignans and phenylpropanoids, phenols and flavonoids, as well as organic acids,vitamins and trace elements,which is effective in strengthening Kidney function, bring out stronger bones and normal blood pressure. Clinical application of it is wide in treatment of Hypertension, Vertigo, Cerebrovaseular Accident Sequelae, Chronic Kidney Disease, Poliomyelitis and Chronic Joint Disease and so on. However, at present, there are some shortcomings in the study of Eucommia ulmoides leaves：（1） There is a narrow clinical application of the drug. It has not been ade- quately applied into the clinics but is only used as an adjuvant therapy;（2） There is a lack of scientific theoretical basis from the ob- servation of the indicators in clinics with too few eases treated with it. （3） There is a small variety of brand Chinese medicine made from it currently and the study on the pharmacological effects of Eucommia ulmoides leaf and the mechanism are to be developed fur- ther. Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic study of Eucommia ulmoides leaves is to be carried out in the future.
