立式转子跌落到深沟球保护轴承上的动力学分析 被引量:1

摘要 在立式磁悬浮轴承系统中,由于需要承受转子跌落后重力所引起的冲击,通常采用配对安装的角接触轴承作为保护轴承来使用,很少采用深沟球轴承。但深沟球轴承径向游隙的存在使其具有一定的轴向承载能力,且具有价格便宜、安装方便等优点。为了将深沟球轴承应用到此场合,重点研究了其作为立式磁悬浮轴承系统中保护轴承的工作性能。首先建立了立式转子的动力学模型、转子与轴承之间的碰撞模型以及深沟球轴承的支撑刚度模型,根据所建立的模型,对立式磁悬浮转子跌落到深沟球保护轴承上的动力学响应进行了仿真分析,并在立式磁悬浮轴承试验台上进行跌落试验研究,仿真和试验结果表明:在轻型立式转子应用场合,深沟球轴承可以代替配对安装的角接触轴承作为保护轴承来使用。 In vertical active magnetic bearing (AMB) system, matched angular contact bearings are usually used as the catcher bearings (CB) considering the impacts in the vertical direction caused by rotor gravity after an AMB failure event. The deep groove hall bearings are seldom used here. But the existence of radial clearance makes deep groove ball bearing has certain axial bearing capacity. And deep groove ball bearings are much cheaper and easy to install compared with matched angular contact bearing. In order to apply deep groove ball bearing in this AMB system, its performances used as CB werodetalledly analyzed. Firstly, the vertical rotor dynamic model, contact model between rotor and bearing as well as the support stiffness model of deep groove ball bearing were established. Then based on the established models, the dynamic responses of vertical rotor drops onto deep groove bearings were simulated. Finally, the relevant rotor drop experiments were carried out at the vertical AMB rig. Research results show that deep groove ball bearings can substitute the matched angular contact bearings to be used as CB in light vertical rotor applications.
